Our involvement will begin from the earliest stages of a project where we can consider the timescales and routes of projects and look for ways to mitigate losses and damages to our client. We will also consider the specific impact on general estate matters such as farming operations, Agri-environmental schemes and sporting endeavours.
Minimising financial losses at an early stage is key but where this is not possible our knowledge of agricultural businesses finances makes us well placed to prepare detailed and accurate compensation claims.
Our fees are almost always covered by the Utility provider.
